When Sarah joined KTCO's cycling program at age 12, she had never ridden a bicycle. Today, at 15, she is one of the top junior cyclists in the Wakiso District.
"KTCO gave me my first bicycle and taught me everything I know. Now I dream of competing at the national level," Sarah says with a bright smile.
